Once the property goes live on our web it also immediately goes to the other sites which then attracts the right applicants. We also have an extensive network of contacts with property finders, blue chip companies and relocation agents.

Other agents (co-agents) contact us regularly to see what we have available on the market and work with us by offering us their own applicants. This way your property gets maximum coverage but you don't have to speak to a bundle of other agents. If you instruct us on a sole agency basis, we offer you a reduced fee, we do all the work, but if we share a sale or letting with another agent we split our commission with them.

We qualify all applicants at the enquiry stage, manage viewings and advise on the sale or letting of your property from the start until completion.
