Belsize Park

Located in North West London in the London Borough of Camden, Belsize Park is a very desirable place to live, which goes to explain why the area is home to many affluent residents, with some of the finest shops and restaurants, and a large range of homes valued at in excess of £1 million.

The good choice of cafes, restaurants and bars in the area are among the best in London, the excellent local schools traditionally produce high results, and there are numerous open green spaces. Meanwhile, Belsize Park’s transport links offer very easy access into central London.

There is no shortage of places to shop in Belsize Park, but the greatest selection of retail outlets can be found along Hampstead High Street, which is a short walk away.

Part of the attraction of this area is that it has access to some of the most beautifull parks and picturesque areas of London. Hampstead Heath, which extends to 790 acres is within an easy ten to fifteen minute walk, while Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park beyond are not much further away.

Located in zone two of the London Underground system, the area is served by Belsize Park Underground Station (Northern Line), while Hampstead Heath and Chalk Farm stations, both of which are also on the Northern Line, are located only a short walk away.

Additionally, there is an Overground service (Zone 2) at Hampstead Heath Railway Station operating between Richmond and Stratford.

The area is also served by the Jubilee Line from Swiss Cottage. There are numerous bus services available allowing 24 hour travel.
